FAQ

01What are advanced charging applications?

Uses of the current equipment portfolio in emerging high-power environments: drone and eVTOL charging, megawatt-class fleet charging, and grid-aware energy management. Each is labeled by maturity so a capability is never presented as a finished, deployed product.

02What is autonomous induction charging?

Contactless, hands-free energy transfer for autonomous equipment, delivered as BotStop: robots position themselves on an induction pad, charge wirelessly, and return to work. Extending induction to broader vehicle classes is a development direction of the architecture.

03How does Volatus label the maturity of advanced work?

Two levels. Project-configurable is capability that can be scoped from the current portfolio today. Application development is active engineering and validation around a defined use.

04How do eVTOL and drone charging fit in?

Aviation charging runs with sister company Aureum Mobility, which builds the vertiport and droneport ground infrastructure. Volatus supplies the multi-modal charging systems in that stack, and Aeros 360 charging is engineered for those operations.
